Returns & Exchanges
We want our customers to be 100% happy with your unique purchase. If you change your mind or are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return your order provided it is returned within 30 days of purchase and returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with all tags attached.
We encourage customers to try on purchases as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return the item in time. Please note any shipping charges are not refundable.
If we have shipped you the incorrect item or your order goes missing, please email us immediately on email@example.com to address this.
Due to the unique nature of our range, we are unable to offer exchanges and recommend placing a new order to ensure you receive the desired items.
Faulty & Incorrectly Described Items
If an item is faulty, incorrect supply or described then we refund the purchase price including any shipping charges.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of a customer’s normal wear and tear or negligence are not considered to be faulty. The fault must be a manufacturing fault.
How to Return
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorization Form. Please complete the form and email back to receive your RA#.
Upon receiving the returned items at our warehouse, they will be checked to make sure they meet the required conditions in our Returns Policy. Once authorized, you will be refunded to your original method of payment used for purchase. We try to ensure refunds are processed within 5 business days.
We cannot be held liable for any items lost during the returns process and strongly recommend tracking service for returns.
